What is a Friend ID and where do I find it?
Your Friend ID is your personal code, in the format RNV-XXXX. You can find it in your Profile. Use the copy button to share it with friends.
How do I add a friend?
Search by Friend ID or name and send a friend request. Your friend accepts it, and you can start chatting. You can also cancel a request you sent.
Can strangers message me?
People reach you through your Friend ID and friend requests. If someone bothers you, you can block them at any time.
What happens when I block someone?
Neither of you can message the other. You can unblock them whenever you want.
What does mute do?
You get no notification for that chat. The messages are still in the app.
How do I report someone?

Why does the app ask for notification and photo permissions?
Notifications let us alert you about new messages and friend requests. Photo access lets you send photos and set your profile picture.

What does “Active now” mean?
